The team and I are going out this weekend to clear and Feng Shui an apartment within an assisted living facility. It appears that everyone who moves into this apartment dies within a year, the client who is moving into the apartment would like to live longer than a year after she moves in. They say they hear things in the apartment and often you can hear a door opening and closing when no one is home. It will be interesting to feel the energy of the space, find out if there are any spirits in the space and what the Feng Shui and the building and apartment are like. Any suggestions ?

How to tune Land with Crystals
TUNING LAND WITH CRYSTALS
( you need 4 crystals they can be small or large I like to take my pendulum with me when I purchase the crystals and ask which size is needed, most the time a small quartz crystal is fine.) You will need a pendulum of some kind.
Begin by going to the far left corner of the land. place the crystal in the land and then using a pendulum over the top ask the pendulum to set the crystal in tune with the land.
Dowse for the next point and go there. place the crystal in the land and using the pendulum ask that the crystal be tuned with the land. (let the pendulum swing until it stops) then ask the pendulum to connect the first pendulum with the second ( let is swing or spin until it stops) then dowse for the next point and go there.

Thought Forms of Suicide
We went out on a job last week where the land had been in the same family for a long time.
Some 20 years ago the son of the owner had committed suicide by hanging himself from
the bridge that crosses over the river to the house. The house had been rented for many years now and some of the most current renters had grown pot in the manufactured home and most of the home was destroyed by moisture and mold due to the growing of pot inside.
The interesting thing is that the young boy was there, trapped not knowing he could leave and feeling very foolish about his young antics. He never thought he would die. He was not at the bridge but wondering around the property near the home. We were able to help him move on with the help of a rather large and powerful guardian spirit that came in to help him move on.
We later went to the bridge and as Larry climbed down under the bridge he was able to find the exact spot the hanging had taken place those 20 years ago, the energy was thick and tingly. After some work we were able to transform the energy of the thought form so that people who drive over the bridge no longer feel that uncomfortable energy that had been there all these years.
The lessen here for us is how powerful an event can be energetically. The energy lingers and leaves an energy of unease and discomfort to those who enter the area. This is why one of the most important things we can do when we are looking to buy a home is to pay attention to what you feel in the home, on the land, learn something of the history of the place and if you still love it and want to buy it anyway, make sure you have someone come in and do a professional House Clearing.

Who's at the Top of the Stairs?
A couple from north Portland called and said, "We were awakened by our
dog a few nights ago. We were asleep in our upstairs bedroom. He began
growling at the door which faced the landing at the top of the stairs."
The wife went on to say that since that night the dog refused to sleep
in their room and now slept at the top of the stairs and was restless.
They hadn't been sleeping well either.
The house was a lovely 1910 bungalow that they had completely remodeled in a reverential and authentic style. Both of them have home-based businesses and needed to feel secure both for their life at home and livelihoods. They had been living in the home for two years and felt comfortable there until now. We talked about the history of the home, they were only the third owner, and as far as they knew there had been no traumatic events or deaths in the home's history. The wife, B., remarked that she had, however, often felt as if if someone was behind her at the top of the stairs. Our team walked through the house and observed several possible problem areas in the house and one outside where a large tree had been removed years before. We and the owners performed a ceremony at the the tree's site honoring the tree and thanking it for its energy. This ameliorated the fearful and angry energy at this source.
The husband, J., remarked that during the remodel he had found a strange small, enclosed space under the basement stairs which he had dismantled. In the space, behind a wall he found a glass bottle with a red ribbon around the neck. He disposed of this, but it did not change the presence upstairs..
Our efforts concentrated on the landing at the top of the stairs to the bedrooms. There was definitely something/someone there. It was a woman and we communicated with her spirit and helped her to move on. We thought we had completed our mission and the clients said that they felt a huge improvement.
Two days later, we heard from them again. Trouble at the top of the stairs! We returned. We guarantee our work and sometimes need to return to the house several times. Often there are many layers to the energies disturbing a home. Communing again at the top of the stairs, we communicated again with a woman's spirit. Perhaps the same one or another and found that she had died at the top of the stairs in the midst of her household chores. She was full of trepidation as she had not completed her work and feared her husband's reprimand. We assisted her crossing over. Larry got a very strong voice saying, "Sarah." There was a large chest on the landing and Sharon felt that there was something significant about it. She used a sound method to "clear" the energy from the chest, but still felt something amiss. When we recounted the events, B. said that the chest had been in the family and was given to them by her sister...Sarah!
We heard from them two days later, when, still feeling some disturbing energies, they removed the chest and took it out to the garage. Finally the house was at peace.

How Do I Make Our New Home Our Own? (Predecessor Energy)
We received
a call from a newly single mom, C., who had recently moved into a new
home that she had purchased for herself and her son. She loved the home
but felt that, somehow, it was still not hers. She said that while she
had moved in 5 months before, her efforts to unpack and personalize the
home were stalled. This was totally contrary to her normal, get it
done, approach. Something was holding her back. She didn't fell
comfortable in her own bedroom - she wasn't sleeping well.
We arrived at a very pleasant home in an up and coming older neighborhood. The house was a cozy home that had been built in the late 1940s. We learned that she had purchased to home from the sons of the second owner. They had purchased it in 1951 and had raised their family there and lived there their entire life. C. said that the purchase had taken an unusually long time. She felt that the sons were very reluctant to sell - to let go of their home.
We made a walk through of the home and felt nothing particularly negative, certainly no entities or ghosts. We located a very interesting and energetic ley line running through the center of the house, generally positive energy. Interesting in that the consequence of this energy was that the two ceiling lights on this line were always going through light bulbs.
What this house needed was a clearing to remove predecessor energy and a house blessing. Predecessor energies are patterns of energy left behind by previous occupants and/or events. These can be negative energies from death, trauma, divorce, bankruptcy, abuse or positive energies from happy, active and fulfilled lives. If the vibes are great you may not be calling us. However, if it don't feel right...

We began by opening the house to possibilities, using sound, smoke and fire we dispelled the old and made way for the new. There were changes in C.'s bedroom and her son's that enabled them to own their space and begin to move on. There were ceremonies we conducted to imbue the house with their intentions and hopes.
C. says that she and her son now feel like it's home. They've gotten unpacked and C. is sleeping well for the first time.

Energy Shifters On the Air!
Tonight we were on a leading Australian Psychic radio show, Psychic Dilemma with Jenni B.
Jenni's show airs weekly in the States at 6pm Pacific time, 9 Eastern.
Tonight's show was a bit out of the ordinary for Jenni, who normally does readings for her audience and with guest psychics that she's interviewing. Of course, the subject tonight was Energy Shifting and the paranormal.
Sharon and Jenni began discussing the definition of paranormal and of entities. Sharon and Larry spoke of related phenomenons and actual "ghost" encounters.
Later in the show we were able to interact with callers from around the states.

Practice Makes Perfect
In order to work with energy, to perform clearings, it is essential not only to be aware of one's center, but imperative to cultivate a practice that strengthens your center. Recently, we have re-initiated our observance of the Tibetan Buddhist practice of Chöd.
Chöd literally means, "to sever." It is a practice used to sever attachments to the material, to those things that obstruct the understanding of truth and purpose of bringing enlightenment to all beings. The practice is traditionally conducted at funerals or as "last rites" for one who is crossing over.
It is a beautiful, selfless practice. The core of the chanting and visualizations are to prepare your entire body as a most succulent offering to all beings in the universe.
From the external point
of view, gods and demons will appear; from the inner point of view, these gods
and demons are simply one’s own conceptual proliferations that are out of
control.
Our offering does not discriminate. It is equally given to the "good" and the "evil."
Carl Jung said, "One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light but by making the darkness conscious." The process of feeding our demons is a method for bringing our shadow into consciousness and accessing the treasures it holds rather than repressing it.
We are fortunate to have a center for the practice in Portland, The Movement Center.
I urge you all to find a practice that enables your own pursuits.
